Surgery Scheduling

Your surgeon will schedule your surgery to allow you time to wake up in the recovery room and then go home as soon as possible, either the same day or the next day, so you can recuperate where you are most comfortable. Your surgery time will also ensure that your surgeon has the anesthesia and surgical assistant team that he or she prefers to work with during your type of procedure.

If you are taking medication for high blood pressure, diabetes, nervous disorders, blood thinners, or aspirin, ask your doctor about these medications and how they relate to your procedure.

For women, if you are pregnant, or think you may be pregnant, please tell your surgeon.

One of our staff members will call you within a week of your appointment to verify your surgery date and time, and also answer any questions you may have.
